In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. We are happy to file your insurance for you. If your insurance is out of network we will file on it just as we do all insurance companies for our patients. Flexible Payment Plans offered through Care Credit for a low monthly payment after your consultation with the Dentist. Pay a portion up front, and the rest over an agreed upon time period on treatment that consist of several visits. Final payment due on day of completed service.
Cash Discount: for our patients with no insurance Pay upfront with cash and receive a 5% discount on services over $300.
We offer senior citizens age 65 or over with no insurance 10% off when paying with check or cash, 5% off when paying with credit card.
Maximum discount is 10%.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly team. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.
Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The experienced team at Tim Smith Dental will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth then Dr. Smith will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.
We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing their pain as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Dr. Smith will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a plan for pain management. Working together, we will treat your dental health problems in a way that minimizes pain and enables you to get back to your life faster.
